No Sales Tax will be Charged for this One-Time Liquidation. 17% Buyer's Premium, plus a 3% Administrative Fee for Credit Cards. Everything is Sold As/Is, Where Is. Buyer's Premium is 17% if paid by Cash, Established Check, Cashier's Check, Debit Card, or Wire Transfer. Buyer's Premium is 20% if paid by Credit Card (3% Administrative Fee). If bidding is done on an Auction Platform other than Hibid (Such as LiveAuctioneers), the Buyer's Premium will be 22% if paid by Cash, Established Check, Cashier's Check, Debit Card, or Wire Transfer. Buyer's Premium is 25% if paid by Credit Card (3% Administrative Fee). Accepted Credit Cards are Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express.
All Purchases (Hammer price, plus Buyer's Premium) are Subject to State & Local Sales Tax (Currently 10 1/4%), unless shipped out of state, or unless it is purchased for Resale, and a Valid Resale Sales Tax Certificate is given. The Certificate must be in Good Standing with the state from which it was issued.

It is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for any shipping or transport of items purchased at Direct Auction.
Pickup of items is available on auction day and up to 1 week after the auction (We are closed on Sundays).
Items must be Picked up or Shipped via a 3rd Party Shipper, unless it is Extremely Easy to Ship, then we will ship it, insure it, and charge you for doing so (Jewelry, Coins, etc. - Our Judgment Call on which items we choose to ship in-house). It is the Buyer's Responsibility to Contract with the 3rd Party Shipper and pay them for Packing, Shipping, and Insurance.
For any 3rd Party shippable items, we recommend the UPS store at 3926 W. Touhy in Lincolnwood Illinois. Their phone number is 847-674-1900, their email is store6232@theupsstore.com. Buyers will contract directly with the UPS store to get these items packed, insured, and shipped.
